This week's episode focuses on tips to reset your posture throughout the day. No matter our jobs, we live in a world where we tend to maintain a forward flexed posture due to texting, driving, computer work, etc. This leads to repetitive strain on tissues and ultimately injury and pain.

Here are three exercises that you should perform 10x each, 2-3x/day in order to reset your posture and reduce your risk for injury.
