Today is about dumbbell farmer's walks.
I love programming these at the end of training. They are a staple for me (and partly due to my desire to own a farm one day). These are tougher than they look and really tax the shoulders, grip, and core after a heavy day.
Make sure to keep your feet under you (larger steps are tougher). I added a turn at the end as well - this is tougher than walking in a straight path. Do these 4-6x30 sec.
